Phase Measurement Packages:

Phase measurement up to 4 GHz is done with comb generators and an oscilloscope. VNA is used for frequencies above 4 GHz. The 4 GHz limit can be extended to 6 GHz if the user has a 6 GHz oscilloscope.

PM-2G (Up to 2 GHz)

* Upper frequency limit is determined by probes in PM-HF package. Contact API for probe selection and upper frequency limit of PM package.

The following probes can be provided with PM-HF package at an additional cost:
● Hz-2mm: up to 10 GHz
● Hx-0.5mm or Hx-1mm: up to 18 GHz
● Hx-0.1mm or Hx-0p25mm: up to 40 GHz
● Ez-2mm or Ez-3mm: up to 18 GHz
● Ez-HF: up to 40 GHz
